Tried and Tested – Montane Dragon Running Pack.
This week tried and tested comes from Jack on the Montane Dragon running pack 20 litres. As a result, all our reviews come from the team who use kit day in day out and because of that will give you an honest opinion of it. The good and the bad of each product and what means to you.
If you’re like us and get a little confused because of all the terms, fabrics and various mumbo-jumbo that as consumers we hammered with. Then these reviews are 100% for you. So over the course of the review, we will look at what we used it for, the features and of course our opinion of the kit
What we look at this week
In this weeks tried and tested review we look at the Montane 20 litre dragon running pack. Last week I competed a recce for the Cairngorm classic rock round. An incredible 66 miles, 7 rock climbs and an amazing 4500 metres of ascent. This awesome challenge that Jack and James’s had set their eyes on come’s from an idea. After they completed the Lake District Classic rock challenge in 2019. An equally incredible challenge that is not much easier than the Cairngorm round. The Cairngorm classic rock challenge has been completed before but as traverse. Not as around car to car.
The bag that I chose to use was the Dragon 20 litre pack. In the short review, we look at the features and what drew me to buy this bag. And giving it a bashing around the Cairngorms.
As we mentioned in the video I picked up the pack from the climber’s shop in Ambleside. Its 100% worth going a checking them out for all your climbing and mountain gear needs.
If you are interested in upskilling and want to learn more about getting out on the mountains. Packing and navigation then our 3-day mountain skills course might just be the one for you.
